Testimonials
Lloyd and Ruth Probasco have a strong history of support for Lutheran education and, although they have never had a student at Concordia Omaha, they are faithful supporters with gifts of their time and treasure.
Mrs. Jean Wilshusen and her family have been a part of Concordia for over 15 years, and during that time she has given both her time and treasure. Jean and her husband Doug have had one daughter and a total of five grandchildren attend Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha.
When you are not able to physically be involved in the school and volunteer, you can always help financially.
Concordia Means to Me
Julia Hansen, a recent Concordia graduate, has been enrolled at Concordia since Kindergarten. Her Dad stood in line starting at 5:00 a.m. that year to ensure she got a spot at Concordia Academy. Julia’s parents had both come from small towns in Nebraska and wanted to have their children in a faith based school with a family feel.
Dear Friends of Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha,
The Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha Foundation Inc. (Foundation) was founded to support the mission of Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha, enabling young people to be “Faith Secure – World Ready – Kingdom Leaders”. To fulfill that mission, the Foundation must build positive relationships, encourage generosity, and manage resources to create a strong financial foundation that advances the Gospel for years to come.
The funds managed by the Foundation are used to support student scholarships, teacher excellence awards and general school sustainability. Over the years, the Foundation has been instrumental in providing funds to assist families in providing a Christian education for their children. The Foundation aspires to provide tuition support for ALL qualified need. The priority of the Foundation is to increase its general endowment to support scholarships and mission advancement.
All gifts made to the Foundation online, via the website, will be directed to the general Foundation endowment. However, the Foundation also accepts gifts for special purposes that will continue to support the mission. Special purpose gifts must be designated by the donor and in compliance with the Foundation’s gift acceptance policy.
Please contact Kristin Herrera at Kristin.herrera@concordiaomha.org or (402) 445-4000 for more information on supporting the Foundation through your gifts
