CONCORDIA LUTHERAN SCHOOLS OF OMAHA FOUNDATION

Concordia Legacy Society

Make a planned gift now - a forever gift to CLSO

The Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha Foundation established the Concordia Legacy Society to recognize individuals and families who have made provisions in the their estate plans or through cash or stock gifts today to the endowment, with the earnings going from your gift to the Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha for the benefit of the school.

These gifts may take the form of bequests by naming the Foundation in a will or trust, making future gifts to the endowment through a charitable remainder trust, life insurance, or making a cash or stock gift while living.

Who are members of the Concordia Legacy Society?

For people who create a legacy beyond their lifetime, the Concordia Legacy Society ensures donors that their charitable dollars will be used in a way they intended. As a member of the Concordia Legacy Society you are given the opportunity to belong to a group of like-minded people who are committed to support the needs of our school.

How does the Concordia Legacy Society work?

  • Establish - Donors can include a gift to CLSO Foundation in their will or trust that establishes an irrevocable bequest.
  • Notify - Donors notify the CLSO Foundation that an irrevocable endowment gift is included in your estate plan.
  • Join - Once we learn of your commitment to the endowment, you will automatically become a member of the Society. It will be your option as to how you wish your name to appear in the Society membership.
